My philosophy and approach to life coaching grow from my personal experience. After my husband died, I had to learn how to live again. Although I've always considered myself to be an independent person, I discovered that our lives were completely intertwined and in so many ways that I hadn't realized. But now he was gone: nothing was the same, and nothing could ever return to how it was. I needed to create a new life for myself, and I struggled mightily for several years to create my "new normal".
Along the way, I stumbled upon a few interesting techniques -- techniques that work, and that I'm eager to share. After all, it doesn't necessarily take a tragedy for somebody to decide that some adjustments are needed. There are many folks who could benefit from shedding some old habits and ways of thinking, and creating their OWN new normal.
